Questions.

Security questions live on the Security page.

Can I see a sample report?+

Yes. On the first call we walk you through a real, redacted report: topic scores, adjuster performance, reserve recommendations and cited findings, exactly as your team would receive them.

Can we try it on our own files?+

Yes. Once we understand what you need, we can run two full audits on your own claims, so you see what the platform finds before you commit to anything.

How long does it take to get started?+

You can set up a first audit and begin reviewing in minutes using a pre-built template, or configure your own. We set it up with you.

What formats can we upload?+

Loss runs and bordereaux in CSV or Excel, in any column layout. Columns are mapped automatically, with no reformatting.

Does it work across different claims systems?+

Yes. Oversight is built to take each party’s files as they are, whatever claims system they come from. Internal review can also run as a direct integration with your own system.

What is the difference between a file review and an organizational review?+

A file review looks closely at how a specific claim was handled. An organizational review looks across a whole claims operation, such as a carrier overseeing TPAs or a reinsurer monitoring cedants. The platform does both, on whichever framework fits the review.

What support do you offer?+

Direct access to the team that built the platform, for configuring topics, interpreting results or anything else.
