Lanzko AI Innovations, Inc. d/b/a The Audit Portal (“The Audit Portal,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides claims audit and oversight software for carriers, reinsurers, TPAs, MGAs, self-insured programs and audit firms.

This policy covers personal information collected through our website, theauditportal.ai, and when you contact us. It does not cover data processed inside The Audit Portal platform on behalf of our clients. That data is governed by the agreement with each client, and our security controls are described on the Security page.

• Information you give us. Name, work email, company, job title, the type of organization you represent, what you would like to discuss and anything you write in a message, when you contact us through the site or by email.
• Usage data. Pages visited, referring site, country, browser and device type. We collect this with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Technical logs. IP address and request details recorded by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.

• Respond to your enquiries, schedule conversations and follow up on what you asked to discuss
• Send information you ask for, and occasional updates you can opt out of at any time
• Understand how the site is used and improve it
• Keep the site secure and prevent abuse
• Comply with law or defend legal claims

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or a legal obligation.

We never use information collected through this website to train AI models.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, analytics and email, and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. We store one setting in your browser, your light or dark theme preference, so the site looks the same on your next visit. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Sites we link to, such as our newsletter on Substack, LinkedIn or the UptimeRobot status page, may set their own cookies when you visit them. Their policies apply there.

We keep enquiry and contact records while you are a prospect or client and for up to 24 months of inactivity, unless the law requires longer. Information is stored with US-based providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people who need it.

This site is intended for professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
