The Audit Portal Retains Scytale to Lead Its Governance, SOC 2 and Penetration Testing Program

NEW YORK, August 15, 2026 — The Audit Portal, the independent claims audit and oversight platform for carriers, reinsurers, TPAs and self-insured programs, today announced it has retained Scytale, an AI-powered governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform, to manage its governance program, guide its SOC 2 audit and conduct independent penetration testing.

Under the engagement, Scytale will provide continuous control monitoring, automated evidence collection and dedicated compliance expertise across The Audit Portal’s security program. The SOC 2 Type II observation period is scheduled to begin October 1, 2026, with an independent CPA opinion at its close.

Claim files hold some of the most sensitive information in insurance, from medical records to reserve decisions.
